Garlic oil painting demo

Finding beauty in the simplest things is one of the treasures of painting. It’s in the really stopping to look at all there is to see…that’s where the magic is. I painted this garlic bulb live on Instagram and it had an intensionally out of control messy middle. And the fun was seeing it all come together. And don’t let me fool you, I was a bit nervous that it wouldn’t all come together about midway through…but I love the outcome!
