It was one of those mornings. The kind where I just couldn’t pull myself out of bed. I went to sleep later than usual. And I felt oh, so weary this morning. But, better late than never, my feet hit the floor around 6 am (a full hour later than planned). As always, I am so glad that I mustered the energy and didn’t forgo my painting time. I must say I love my peony painting for today and I was totally inspired by a few podcasts that I listened to while I was creating.
One of them was on the Being Boss podcast called Boss Integrity with Jay Pryor about Mindset, Habits, Tactics and Lifestyles for Creative Entrepreneurs. It’s worth a listen if you have time, or even if you don’t.
“Better Late Than Never” is an original 8″x8″ oil painting on ⅛” gesso panel and is available, unframed, for $150 here.
