Confidence

Confidence. It’s one of my “words for 2019” that I remind myself of daily. Confidence in myself as well as confidence in knowing that I am exactly where I am meant to be in this moment, in my life, in my journey.

And reminding myself of this every single day does help. Having confidence in your artistic journey and in your process is priceless. And it’s a concrete illustration that if you stick through the challenging times, it all works out, just as it’s meant to. There are times when I think my art isn’t making enough progress. But that’s the quiet, slow progression that difficult to see when you are in the middle of it.

So what I’m saying is have confidence and keep on doing what you love…it will all work out just as it’s meant to…
