Pausing

Life is just busy, busy, busy. I feel like I am constantly reaching for a slow, peaceful life and the harder I try the further away the goal seems to be. Perhaps it’s just my challenge and my journey, perhaps it’s just the way things are in our fast-paced lives. But each time I accomplish a goal the next goal is ready to be started before I even pause to celebrate. But pausing to celebrate, to take a breath, to appreciate life, is vital to health, happiness and to creativity. Feeding your creative well is incredibly necessary and vital. So I am making a promise to myself to take time this summer to pause, to celebrate, to feed my creativity, and to just be. Want to join me in this journey?
