Whimsical pumpkins oil painting demo

This was an extra fun one! My goal was to paint these white pumpkins and have them be anything but white, but still look like white pumpkins. So I painted a perfectly messy, overly colorful base layer. I added my accents of pigment stick and then used very intensional, limited palette of brushstrokes to create the form.
