Nasturtium oil painting demo

This oil painting demo of Nasturtium flowers was created live on Instagram. Watch it all come together from the transparent underpainting, through a very messy middle to a complete painting. As often happens, about the mid point of this painting I wasn’t at all sure if it would turn out, but I fell in love after the final few touches…and I think I stopped, just in time.
